ISM China 厦门分会2016年6月活动
时间：2016年6月25日 9:00-11:30
地点：晓学堂（厦门软件园二期观日路22号1F）
随着全球经济形势的逐步恶化，消费者对产品的个性化要求越来越高；制造业的生产模式也在发生着变化：从产品单一批量大向小批量多品种过度。
制造经常面临的问题也越发突出，比如：库存太高，资金积压；问题重复发生，每日忙于救火；生产周期过长；生产效率低下等等。这些问题的解决之道--精益生产。
精益生产是什么？
