中国制造业以高性价比在全球市场中获得了很强的竞争力,但目前面临着转型升级的挑战。
2012年中国超越美国成为全球最大的制造业大国。中国制造业出口占世界制造业出口的比重从1990年的0.8%上升到2009年的13.5%。
驱动中国制造业发展的驱动因素有大量的劳动力人口,研发投入不断增加,海外并购和国内市场容量。从1965年开始中国的劳动力人口占总人口比重不断上升,从1965年的55%到2010年的超过70%。中国大学扩招后,每年毕业的大学毕业生达到700万左右,其中技术和工程类大学毕业生超200万。从2005年开始中国的研发投入占GDP的比重不断上升,从2005年的1%左右提升到2012年的近2%。中国城市人口人均收入从2001年的6859.6元上升到2011年的21809.8元。

前几天在微博看到有一条转发的消息:美国常青藤盟校公布的数据显示,中国考进这些美国名牌高校的留学生,居然有25%被退学。他们的共同特点都是曾经的高分考生,但却是“高分低能”,实际学习能力完全无法跟这些名校接轨,被强制退学。
这让我想起曾经一些采购高管跟我提过的,很多CPSM持有人完全不懂正规采购套路,光有证书,没有实际能力,甚至连这些专业语言一窍不通。比如,要求他做成本分析,他去做的是价格分析。中国人的考试能力的确很强,但采用的往往是取巧的途径,为考试而考试,忽略了准备考试的过程中最重要的吸收、掌握、补充和提高的部分,而把精力放在拼命做题,背答案上面。这样考出来的,在CPSM这种实践型认证项目面前,对企业和自身肯定没价值。
CPSM既是一些主流重要理念的集成,也是一套专业语言。但它的价值却不在证书里面,而是把这些理念在实践中使用从而产生价值的能力,是在工作中运用作为沟通工具的方法。考试通过,拿到了证书,只是第一步,刚对这套语言有了一个入门,好比刚考到了驾照。谁都知道,新照驾驶员开车有多危险,多谨慎,一不小心就成了马路杀手。新手一般需要练车1年以上,才开始…
